Bizarre and a heads up

Ok...So we just stayed at SSR for 8 nights in a 2BR lockoff....270 points according to every chart I looked at...Just checked DVC.com...Says 318 used???? :confused3 Called MS...He said thats wierd, but, my points left to bank are the same as if it was 270 points used....Said it just might be a typo, but, as long as my points activity matches the use, im good....ALSO, just booked Chef Mickeys for Friday May 15th for those looking...Only Mickeys, Park Fare and Cinderellas were available to book.
 
I noticed the same thing with our OKW stay that we just completed. The points used were actually 100, but the website says 112. However, our remaining points are correct so I'm not going to worry about it unless something changes there too. :confused3
 

I just tried to book breakfast at Park Fare and they told me it was still not open for bookings.
 
FYI Park Fare is NOT available for booking yet, it's Victoria & Alberts, CRT and Chef Mickeys only. I've been trying to change a CRT ressie for weeks now and have been calling every day.... therefore I have the auto attendant recording stuck in my head! LOL

Similar thing happened to me on Monday...I actually called member services and had them verify my transaction history and remaining points. The woman I spoke to even offered to send a paper confirmation. She says they don't manage the website directly.

Here's what's really odd: the numbers on your vacation history are wrong, but if you look at your actual point activity history - I'll bet it's right there. Mine was..
 
I'm having the same problem. I just completed a trip. Prior to taking the trip, the reservation was listed correctly as requiring 200 points. Now that it is displayed in the "completed trips" section, it's displaying the points used as 212 points. Fortunately there is no change to the remaining points in my account so no additional points were deducted.

ETA: I just checked it again just now and now it is displaying the correct number of points!

Our points come and go at a whim. We have a open ticket to get Disney's IT partner to find out why.

I was told by a MS Manager that Members need to report their dissatisfaction with the website and the MS reservation and points system. Many, many point errors are happening and MS is frustrated that no one above them seems to care.

Ours is wacky too! After I made our Nov 2009 reservation for AKV the website showed we still had 175 points in our 2009 UY when it should of been zero. I reported it to MS and now the point balance says zero, but the points used do not add up to the 295 that I used for the reservation.:confused3
