Bitten the bullet & rescheduled for June~july!!

Ok so as terrified as I am of going mid June into July 4th wk! I've bitten the billet and rescheduled the flights!!

We're going 17 th June till 8th July! " which means I can celebrate my bday"

I know it will be HOT & crazy packed but I'm going to china in September with my mum for 11days and we could not get October or November as we had wanted for 3wks only 2,

I've been researching & reading trip reports of those times " scary" but at least with FP+ were guaranteed 3 rides a day lmao!!

Looking forward to hotter water park weather! And to do water tides without feeling cold,

Who else is going around this time? We may even brave July 4 th just for the experience!

We've been those dates in June before and honestly it's not too bad until you get to the week of 4th July.

I love the hot weather - when we go in the winter I never swim as it's too cold even when the temps are in the high 70s!

We went last year from the 21st to the 1st of July and are doing the exact same dates again this year.
It was busy yes but not as bad as you would imagine. I had planned out our days roughly and used the touring plans website to help with best park/ worst park. This seemed to work quite well.
As most people on here will advise, we got to the parks at opening and left around 1pm each day just as it was getting really busy and very warm.
We found this worked for us as we went back to the hotel relaxed went for a swim and then went back again to the parks in the evening.
The busiest and longest wait of the trip was 90mins for rock and roller coaster after it initially showed a wait of 15mins.
Other than that every wait time in the morning was approx 15-20mins without fast pass and with fast pass the only one we had to wait about 5-10mins for was soarin. As he afternoon rolls on the waits do get longer.
We also tried to eat just a little outside of regular meal times for example having lunch at 2 instead of 1pm kind of thing. Nothing drastic but we didn't have to wait too long for any counter service.
Because of Dbf being a teacher we are restricted to holidays but it's not as bad as I thought it would be. I do dream of going in September or October when it's less crowded though!

This is probably the biggest thing I'm looking forward to! I hate cold weather and while hubby & the boys are in the pool I'm slowly letting to dip myself in looking more and more like a twit!

At watermarks I freeze lol so my boys are excited that mummy might actually do water rides! And water park too,

The rest I'm dreading haha.
