Bitcards Question

Has anyone tried to get a response from Bitcards on why their sites are not posting points? I do the click and earn and although I wait until the bottom of the screen reads "Thank you", I am not getting the points.

When I look thru my history, it does not show all of the links being clicked on. When I try to go back and reclick on these links, it tells me I have already gotten the points.

I sent them an email last week and have still heard nothing.

I've not had any problems since they did their upgrade over the weekend (fingers crossed). There are I believe 3 sites listed twice (Gift Baskets, ValPak, Mall.com) that you only get credit for once.
