Bit Peeved with Theme Park Tickets

Has been 2 weeks since I purchased my Disney 14 day ultimate tickets with themeparkticketsdirect. I've just phoned them to find out where they are as the website states fast, free delivery within 2 weeks of booking. The lady on the other end checked with dispatches and I've been told they haven't been sent yet and hopefully will be within the next 10 days!
Apparently people who leave it till the last minute to order take priority over those of us who purchase a couple of months in advance. Hardly fair - they should send them in the order they were purchased as they were quick enough to take the money out of my account. Never had this problem before as normally received them in 2-3 days after purchase.

I looked at getting my Universal tickets with them but I've read exactly this about them before, so it's put me off a bit. I think I might pay the extra few pounds on another site and save myself the worry :S
