Bit of a nightmare with my booking

Really pleased it's all sorted. Disney were really helpful when I had the same thing but my card company said they didn't accept faxes and it would clear after 7 days - and thankfully it did. They also said there was nothing they could do to make the payment go through - so we gave up and used another card.
Great saving when it eventually works. :banana:

They lied. My bank told me the same thing at first too. But then I contacted someone in highier position. They just don't want to do extra work.
 
Yes was amazed at how helpful DLP was with this! :) Though am not entirely sure how much is due to them sending a fax to my bank, or the funds just being released because it was almost a week - but either way at least it's been sorted out now! :)

Now just need to get Eurostar tickets (when the indirect route goes on sale) and think about other things like maybe BBWWS... :)
