So, what is the best time to have reservations at Bistro de Paris if you want to meal to conclude right around the fireworks? 6:30? 7:00?

I don't know how fast the restaurant moves through the courses, so I'm hoping that someone can help me out.

it's a slow meal ... on purpose. We've had dinner reservations at 7PM and not finished before 9:30 ... of course we're pigs, too.
