Birthday Wishes Advice

We're going to be in WDW for my dad's birthday and I'd just like some feedback on some neat things that can be done specifically for a birthday. (I already know about cruises, etc. and can't go that route.)

Have you had a great birthday experience in WDW? If so, what was it?

One year I received a custom made cake for my birthday from my family. It was deliverd by the chef at Ohana. It had the white chocolate castle on it that you see on WDW wedding cakes. It was amazing! It was also really expensive! I was shocked when they told me how much it cost but it was gorgeous!
