Birthday trip

DS16 knows he's going to Disney next year in September. The week after we leave, it will be his 18th birthday. So the trip is a huge bday present (senior year present and just because vacay too).

Question is, can I put on the ressie that it's his bday even though it won't be for another week? Also, is it possible to have some type of bday basket that I order be placed in the room some time while we're there or the day we arrive?

My friend and I had birthdays a week apart. We stayed at several hotels and we each had one Ressie that had our Bday on it. Yes you can get baskets made.

I know when DH called to make our ressie they asked if we were celebrating anything. I know you can have baskets made up but I hear they are expensive, but beautiful and they will deliver before you arrive.

You can celebrate your birthday whenever you want and notate it on your resort reservation and on your ADRs. Disney Florist can provide baskets and goodies and there are a lot of Orlando locally owned private businesses that will deliver goodies baskets/bags. You can even have a cake ordered from various WDW resorts and/or restaurants by calling the Cake Hotline - 407-827-2253.

Get your DS a birthday button either when you check in or at GR at one of the theme parks or DTD. He may or may not get some extra magic while wearing the button.
