Birthday trip

I am going to try and convince DH to take a trip to Disney this Dec over our 2 YO's birthday. She would turn 3 while wer are there if we go. I know htis has been answered before, but I want to double check again in case any new rules are out. Will she be free the whole trip since she is two at check in?

Well I called and the CM wasn't very helpful. I asked her whilegetting a quote and she said she thought the rules were changin and we may have to get her a ticket once her b-day happens. But then when quoting us, she didn't include DD at all. ???? Who knows? Anyone else have a clue?
