Birthday trip -- need restaurant advice!

Looks like I'll be headed to WDW in August for my birthday... Yippie! Although I still have a month until I can make my ADRs, I figured I'd ask for advice as far as which restaurants everyone would recommend since it's been over a year since my last trip to WDW. Anyway, just to give you all some background, the restaurants we usually have one meal at on each trip are as follows:

1. California Grill (dinner favorite)
2. Hollywood Brown Derby (lunch favorite)
3. Le Cellier (lunch)
4. Cape May Cafe (breakfast)
5. Chefs de France (dinner)

This trip we're thinking of trying Blue Zoo (possibly on my birthday) and Jiko's for dinner. I've also heard good things about Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch. Does anyone have any recommendations for other restaurants we should try? We'll only be at WDW for 4 full days, so I don't need a ton of ideas -- just advice as far as whether the restaurants we're considering are still good and if others would be better!

have you ever tries rose and crown if lucky you can get an outside table for the fireworks. maybe AKL heard their food is good.

One recommendation I can give you is if you want a cake for your birthday dinner. The cakes from the GF Bakery are most certainly the best and you have many more choices. The GF Bakery will only deliver on-site, meaning any GF room or restaurant... and you are not allowed to pick them up.

I would suggest eating at a GF restaurant if you want a really good cake.

Are the restaurants we're thinking of still great?
Any recent experience with Blue Zoo or Jiko's??
Any additional new places we should try???
Where should we eat breakfast at The Swan????

I love the wave ! Have had the best meals I have had at Disney there. I also enjoyed Restaurant Marrakesh very much.
