MGM today. Woke up at 6:30am but stayed in bed until 7am. Got dressed and we were out of the room by 8am and at MGM by 8:30. Got through the secirity line without a hassle and got in line to enter MGM. Admitted at 8:45am. Don't have anything to do until the first Beauty and the Beast Show at 10:30 so we went to get some food at Starring Rolls and then I checked out the Pin Cart and bought a bunch of new pins. Did a bit of trading too. About 10 got in line for the Show. It was interpreted by Brian and Tara today. Was great. Brian's facial expression has improved since I saw him at Christmas. Asked Brian if I could use him as my observation for my interpreting class. Asked Tara also later. Since I saw Brian the most he is the one I will write on although I will probably mention his partners as well.

After Beauty and the Beast I went to Millionaire. Those questions start easy bit they sure do get hard. Brian did this show. We had fun talking in the lulls while everyone was waiting for the contestant to answer. A nice thing about ASL is it is soundless.

Next was the Backlot Tour. I hadn't done this for a long time. Tara interpreted this. Only part I am not found of is Catastrophy Canyon. Had to hang on as my balance isn't great. So far I am the only Deaf at the shows.

Next is Hunchback of Notre Dame. What are those jokes the juggler tells? He is so boring! I decide to check my messages and send out a few as well as I wait on my text messager. Then the shows starts. Brian and Tara are interpreting. Seems that all the stage shows and parades have 2 interpreting and other things have just one. After the show Brian says good bye but says he might come and watch the parade. Tells me Alan will do the parade. Oh well, Alan is not my favorite interpreter but at least Tara will be doing it too.

Off to the parade and Jim is off to find me a hot dog to eat and a drink. I stake out my spot in the area roped off for Deaf after parking my wheelchair out of the way. I get tired of staying in it all the time and now that I am feeling better I don't need to stay in it all the time. Two other Deaf come to join me and we start chatting. Brian does join us to watch the parade he thinks. Alan doesn't arrive. He got delayed at another assignment so just as the parade is starting Brian joins Tara to interpret the parade. It is fun watching the characters interact with the interpreters. They seem to enjoy it alot and have alot of fun interpreting and dancing to the music. Hot dog was good too.

Off to Indiana Jones now. Brian interprets this. There are the 3 of us this time. I like the way he does I'm out of here before he goes off while the action takes place. When this is over we say good by again he actually does get to go home.

I go to do the Animation Tour. Tara is interpreting this and there are 3 of us. Our guide is Sara. As we move into the first movie Sara and Tara get the reflective captioning for us. She doesn't interpret the movies as RC is available. Then we go to the meet the animator. He tells us about Stitch and Lilo as he draws Stitch. He gives the sketch to Tara who gives it to the Deaf couple. Later she gives me a sketch of Mickey the animator drew. I'm going to frame it. Thank you Tara. I love the sketch. Then we walk through the animators work area while Sara points out things about it. Finally we see two more movies. As we leave I say good by to Tara and she tells me she won't see me until Sat unless they change her schedule.

Now off to PI to see the shows at Comedy Warehouse and Adventurers Club. We hop on the bus and when we arrive find it only drops off at the MArket place so we have to walk down to PI. Not hard for me in the power chair but my poor dh. As we enter we get my dh an annual pass to PI and grab a pizza to eat. Then we go up to Comedy Warehouse and I speak to the castmember at the entrance , who gives me a card and directs me downstairs. Just as I start down Vince, one of the interpreters comes up looking for me. We have already met on two previous trips so he knows who he is looking for. Go down and he introduces me to Angela, the other interpreter. I realize that she is the moderator on the videotape we have been using for my interpreting class. We talk a bit before we can go in. Angela knows my department head and several of my other teachers. I think Vince may have already told her I am an interpreting student as she doesn't seem surprised at all. Yes there are hard of hearing interpreters. :) In fact there are plenty of them. Comedy Warehouse is a blast. Then it is off to Adventurer's Club. That ws fun too. We left after the Balderdash Cup Festivities. DH is not a nightowl like I am. Vince tells me good bye and that he isn't scheduled on park the rest of the week so I probably won't see him again this trip. I'm disappointed. I enjoy his funny face. Back to Coronado Springs and to bed. First bus has no lift key so I am stuck waiting in the cold for the next one. Not pleasant.

Another great day with only a few problems. Adventurers Club is a blast isnt it!
