Birthday trip at the end of december

Help Please !!!!! I must be nuts. I swore I woudl never do DL at the end of december becasue of the crowds. Bu tmy daughter's bd is at the end of december and she has a friends coming , first trip for both girls. The dates would be December 28 - 31.

How do we do this to get something out of the day? I warned my daughter that there would be a hoard of people and they would have to get up early (teens). I am not sure she understand what a hoard of people is. I am thinking of staying at the DI&S but am going to look into Marriotts, BW. The girls woud like a pool.

I know this has been asked a billon times but THANK YOU for any help you can give me.

It is either DL or Yosemite.

It is either DL or Yosemite.

Not sure about the Mariott but the DI&S pool is very basic and pretty small. The nice plus is that it is indoors and stays warm even in cool weather.

I find that touring early is the best way to see the most during busy time periods. Also, using FP is very helpful.
