Birthday Surprise

My best friend will be turning 18 the day before our week long Disney trip. We were planning to celebrate at Pleasure Island, but I found out yesterday that it was closed. :-(!

I was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions of something I could suuprise her with that evening. I've looked at Cirque de Soleil tickets, and they are just a little out of my price range right now. Any suggestions (on or off property) would be GREATLY appreciated!!

We don't do Universal, but everyone raves about that "Downtown Disney" equivalent that Universal Studios has... I want to say it's called "City" something. Anyways, that might be something to look into.
