Birthday Shirt Graphic Help Please

I found the perfect graphic for my son's 14th birthday shirt on our first day at Disney this Christmas. The problem is that the disigner is on break and i've not found anything else quite like it. Would there be a chance to redesign something very similar to this, but with It's My 14th Birthday
I appreciate the time you guys take to consider creating this for me

had to delete most of my birthday styles 'cause I was running out of PB space but I could modify this one....
