Birthday Party - Carnival Theme

My nephew is turning the big 4 this year! And we are having a carnival themed birthday party for him. My sister in law wants to have shirts made for those of us who will be working the games and such. Could someone help me by designing something for the front of the shirt?

So the only criteria would be he is turning 4, his name is Casey, and it is carnival theme. I would print these out as transfers for the front of the shirt! If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it so much!
