I have a little girl who turns 4 at the start of June. We live locally and have APs but want to do something special at Disney with just her while we leave her 2 year old brother with friends. She loves going and she's very much into princesses and all things girly and sparkly. I was thinking a meal (probably breakfast, maybe lunch) might be something fun for her. My first thought was Cinderella's Royal Table (which I realize is highly unlikely at this point), so I'd love suggestions, pros/cons, or even other suggestions (maybe you have a better idea than one of the meals?) on how we can make her birthday special.

Her birthday is June 8th, but we will be going a few days before as we have seasonal passes and our blackout starts that day, so hopefully being very flexible in dates and times helps with any reservations we might try for this late.

Yep. If I was four years old (maybe I still am) that is what I'd want...or some chicken fingers.

Do BBB (or pirates mermaid package? ) and head over to akershus. I doubt you can get a rez to crt, but akershus should be doable. If not that, why not dinner at 1900 park fare? It's the Cinderella cast, I love those step sisters.

I don't think we could swing both BBB and CRT, though thinking about it maybe should would enjoy BBB more. Or maybe the barbershop and do the glitter and such and then BOG. haha she probably would be thrilled with the Kitchen Sink :)

Obviously though it is pretty late in the game and it's possible we couldn't get reservations anywhere. Maybe I should call first and find out what is available and go from there haha

If she's into Disney Jr. then I highly suggest Hollywood and Vine character breakfast with Sofia, Doc McStuffins, Jake, and Handy Manny. We really enjoyed our breakfast here before the character changeover and The two Debs from Allears.net recently gave it 2 thumbs up.

We took my daughter to 1900 PF for breakfast on her 4th birthday. The food and atmosphere were great (GF is beautiful) and they made it extra special by bringing her out a princess placemat and giant birthday cupcake. The waitress lit a candle and sang happy bday. Perfect way to kick off the day.

Not very princess's but still fun: pony rides at Fort Wilderness. You can take a boat from contemporary or MK and the food place is great too, Trails End. It's basically a barbecue buffet with all the great things kids love. We did this for our DDs 3rd - she had a blast. It was all about her and everyone was relaxed in the setting. Before we left she wanted to play at the playground.
I realize this isn't very Disney but it's nice for the little ones.
