Is there anything special that the parks do for a child celebrating a birthday while there?

You can have a small party set up, or you can go extravagant if you'd like. I remember there was a phone number you could call and set up a party and get a character appearance, private party area, cake, food (hot dogs, soda, etc), and decorations, but I forget it off-hand. If you want, you could see if some attractions will get people to sing or pick your birthday child for something. You never know!
