Birthday ideas for DS at WDW

HI Everyone!

I'm planning a trip to WDW for my DS 9th Birthday. Any suggestions to help make his day special? I was wondering if during the afternoon parade at MK can I arrange for one of the characters to come up to my DS and wish him a happy birthday?

Our first trip to Disney is at the end of Sept. It will be my sons 6th birthday. I cant shed any light about the parade i can give you some info that i got when i posted about the same question. You can have a basket of goodies deliverd to your hotel (if you stay in a disney resort) from Mickey by going to f

and ordering what you would like in it. Also try to plan a Character dinner at one of the restaraunts they give the child a special placemat and a cupcake or you can order a acual birthday cake. stop by City Hall in Magic Kingdom to get a Birthday button... also at Guest Services in all the other parks for a birthday button... it gets you lots of attention. http://allearsnet.com/pl/bday.htm here you'll find a lot of readers comments.

 

[Stitch#1]

At the MK stop at Town Hall and get a birthday button for your son the wear. The CM will notice it and the characters and will wish him a Happy Birthday.
We took my son for his 8th birthday and he wore the button constantly and had lots of people wishing him a happy birthday.
Another thought is taking him to the Barber Shop in the MK and they will do up his hair and put in a color and "pixiedust"
