Birthday Ideas for Adults?

My boyfriend, who turns 28 in January, has informed me that what he wants for his birthday is another trip to WDW. I'm just in the early planning stages for this right now, but I was wondering if anyone had ideas for how to make his birthday special while we're there?

When you check-in at your resort or a restaurant, let it be known you're celebrating your DBF's birthday. Also get a birthday button at the parks. MK has them at City Hall, the other parks have them at Guest Services.

Other ideas:
A carriage ride during the evening at either POR or FW - very romantic!

A nice dinner - maybe CG @ the Contemporary or one of the steakhouses on property

I did a Illuminations cruise for my DBF's birthday. Had my bro & sil bring a cake since they live nearby. There was a birthday banner on the boat and everyone who saw it was wishing him a Happy Birthday!!
