birthday help

ok, my birthday is in August and me and my mom go to disney alot for it. This year will my my 15th, but then next year will be my 16th and my mom has promised me a trip to disney with a friend down to diseny for my 16th birthday. But i am having trouble deciding what friend to bring, cuz i want to bring my best friend from home but i also want to bring my best friend from school. i dont know who to bring. We are most likely going to stay at the Board Walk, which i have never stayed at, and would like as much information as possible about it, if you dont mind. and i was also wondering if i should just have a really big party for my 16th instead of going to disney since i cant choose what friend, cuz i feel kinda bad, cuz they both know i am going to disney w/ a friend they just dont know which one. But im sure they both think it is one of them, cuz they know i have 2 best friends. But i was just wondering what to do about my friends and some information about the BW.

I'd definetly just have a big party for your 16th and not hurt your friend's feelings, but you could also try to negotiate a small party and then just go to wdw w/ your mom.

ITA-this way you can go to WDW and you won't have to worry about hurting someone......
