could someone please give me some tips what to do for my daughters 16 birthday

Get her the "It's my Birthday" button from Guest Relations.

If you do a search for Birthdays there is a GREAT thread about cakes! Of course right now every time I try to search, the "server" is too busy! lol

You could book a special dinner somewhere you know she'd like & order a special cake to celebrate, There's the Illuminations Birthday cruises, and the park pins too!
