Birthday dinner -- where would you go?

I will be at WDW to celebrate my birthday in August... Just wondering which restaurant of the following you'd recommend:

1. Blue Zoo
2. California Grill
3. Jiko's
4. Chefs de France
5. The Wave

Of the 5 above, I've been to California Grill and Chefs de France, both of which I loved, which is why they're contenders! Haven't been to Cali Grill since Nov. 07, though, and I'm sure it's undergone changes since then (I've noticed the flatbread threads!). Anyway, please also feel free to let me know if you have a favorite not on this list to recommend!

I haven't been to The Wave, but have been to the other restaurants several times. If I had to choose a restaurant for my birthday, it would be Bluezoo. No discounts there, however. Cannot use dining plan, TIW card, or DVC discount. I like Chef's de France, but prefer the Bistro restaurant upstairs.

Todd English's bluezoo™ is pricey as was said, but I loved it there. I would definitely celebrate a birthday there.

We have a dinner ADR for CA Grill on 5/20 for our son's bday. We're going to watch Wishes from there which I believe will add a magical touch!

i've been to 2,3&4.
would def recommend Cali Grill anytime- and I LOVE jiko too (filet and mac&cheese!)
I dont think chefs de france is special enough for a special occasion for me at least Don't know why. I liked it, just not in LOVE w/ it like i am some other places.
and i keep hearing GREAT things about the wave.
never been to bluezoo but would kinda love to try it
