Birthday Dinner Suggestions

While we're in WDW I will be celebrating my birthday. There will be four of us of which one is a vegetarian.
Can you suggest some nice places that will have something for everyone. The other three of us have no restrictions.

Cali Grill. Plan an ADR that evening so you can see the MK fireworks from the observation deck. If you can only get an ADR for 5pm or something save your receipt and they will let you come back up and see them later that evening. You can see the menu on Allears.
