Birthday Dinner help

On 3/11 I am taking my daughter n law to Disney for her 29th birthday. We wanted to have dinner in a location that is a good view of Illuminations. I has a PS at Rose and Crown for 8 pm. Does anyone know if this is a good choice or should I change resturants. I want it to be a good experience for her.

IMHO it is the best choice if you want to have a PS to see Illuminations. You can't get any better than what you have for a view. The other option is the counter service restaurant in Mexico.
