I will be 43 years young, traveling with DH, DD9 and DS6. We will be staying at Beach Club and it will be our first day at WDW for this vacation and we will be at MK. MK restaurants are kind of meh... I do love Kona. Ohana has only 5pm and 8pm available. We will most likely spend the morning at the parks, maybe tour through early afternoon and then take a break and go back out later for dinner. What would you do? Should I go for a princess meal? Signature at Cali Grill, Flying Fish, Yachtsman, etc. I love steak and seafood, love sushi. Don't so much love character buffets. I can't decide! Help me!

That's a bit of a tough one, since you'll have the 2 DS with you. I'd say that even though it's YOUR b'day, the 3 men might not be crazy about dining with the princesses. And really, you can do character meals on any of your other days. And while Flying Fish and Yachtsman are fine restaurants and serve excellant meals, would you be comfortable taking the boys there? Some children are extremely well behaved in 'signature' restaurants, while others have a hard time sitting quietly and using their indoor voices for 2 hours. Cali Grill may be a really good compromise. It's probably one of the more family friendly of the signatures, you have the added bonus of Wishes (hopefully) and the food's not bad either. Just a thought...

And happy Birthday in advance.
