Birthday character breakfast, which one?

We'll be celebrating my DS's 10th birthday at DL, just having trouble deciding which breakfast to head to?
We've done Goofy's Kitchen and Chip n Dale at Storytellers, so I was thinking Plaza inn to see Minnie?

While I'm on this thread, I'll also need a birthday cake for only three people for dinner time, where is the best place around DLR to get a nice one?

I did the Surf's Up Breakfast at Paradise Pier & thought it was great! Characters were Mickey, Minnie, Stitch, Daisy & Pluto.

Minnie's is great! It's our favorite. Last time we were there we saw 10 characters!!! Of all the character breakfasts you definitely see the most characters at this one. If you make an early reservation you sometimes have more interaction since it is not as busy!! We are doing it in November and the kids can't wait!

We took my DD to Surf's Up for her 5th birthday. The interaction was great, and the food was better than we expected. We went mostly for Daisy and Mickey, and everyone was great. The parks didn't open until 10 a.m. when we went, so we were able to get an early reservation and be in line for rope drop with no problem.

I absolutely loved Minnie's on our recent trip. I have not done Storyteller's or Goofy's yet.
The interaction I witnessed for DH and I in addition to the multiple families was amazing. There were like 11 characters too !
I found the food really good too but I know that's up for discussion. It's your standard buffet fare but everything was tasty!

We did the first reservation time , 7:10am on a Saturday MM/EMH and had tons of personal interaction due to how slow it is at first.
