Birthday cakes?

Hi. Other than the birthday buckets and the pat E cake party, can you get a birthday cake at a table service restaurant in the park? Or is it just available at the hotel restaurants? We are going in Nov. for DDs 1 yr. and 5 yr. birthdays.
