Birthday Cake

I would like to order a birthday cake to celebrate my DH's 50th birthday - any suggestions on where to order this at? We will be dining at Wilderness Canyon on the actual day, but I can pick a cake up elsewhere if possible. Does the Main Street Bakery do cakes? Is there a WDW bakery that I can order from that will deliver to our resort (POP)?

I'm assuming you mean Whispering Canyon.

You can call the cake hotline - the number is on the cake thread - if you would like to get information about having a cake delivered to the restaurant or your resort.

If you want to bring in your own cake, there was a thread not too long ago about that. It was from a person who decided to carry out a cake from the Boardwalk Bakery and bring it into Chef Mickey's. While they were allowed to bring it in, they had to keep it at the table, and restaurant personnel were not permitted to present, cut or serve the cake, nor would the restaurant provide candles. The poster was dismayed at this because the idea was to surprise the birthday person with the cake by having it brought out at the end of the meal with candles.
