Birthday cake question

I have a few questions to ask the DIS experts. My DH Birthday is on Thanksgiving and we are staying at AKL.

1.) Where is a good place to order one?
2.) Will it be delivered to our resort or do we have to pick it up?
3.) What flavors are the best for fillings?
4.) Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

There is a lengthy thread here on the DIS about birthday cakes and how to order one, including pictures. I am sure someone will post the link for you (I don't know how to). There are many wonderful options available to you.
From a different perspective than you will see on that thread, last week on our trip it was our son's birthday (an adult son). We were going to order other groceries - juice, soda, water, breakfast foods, etc. to be delivered to our room. I communicated with wegoshop.com and found they would be able to order a personalized birthday cake ( a regular grocery store decorated cake) and to deliver it with our order. This is what I decided to do. Just another option.
