birthday cake, cafe mickey, when?!

have just booked our trip for feb 2013! so excited, cannot wait!
We're going as my 21st birthday present and will be there for our son's 1st birthday. We've already booked character lunch/dinner in cafe mickey for his birthday so now i'm just wondering should we go for lunch or dinner?!

the characters are at cafe mickey for lunch from 12noon until just before 3pm, and then from 6pm until the restaurant closes late in the evening.
