Birthday at Univ/IOA?

My daughter wants to do her 13th birthday at Universal/IOA. We were thinking of bringing a few of her friends that have annual passes and spending the day out there. But I would like to do a bd cake for her but of course can't bring a cake there to celebrate. Any ideas on what I could do to make it a nice birthday celebration for her out there?

You could stop at city walk for a while and go to one of the restaurants there. They might allow cakes or have made up cakes. Hope this helps

I'm sure you could arrange a cake at one of the sit down restaurants. I'd just call Universal dining and inquire.
