Hello! We will be celebrating my brother's 21st birthday during our visit to Old Key West and WDW. I have read lots reports about how various people celebrate birthdays all across WDW, but is there anything specific I should know of or schedule at OKW? Of course I am not looking for a handout but just wanted to hear other people's experiences at this resort incase there is something I can do to make my brother's b-day extra magical :-) Thanks for your help as always!

Just his past Oct. we celebrated my Moms, Aunts AND Uncles Birthday at OKW. We had a dinner booked at Olivias. I did mention that we were celebrating 3 birthdays when I checked in. When it was time to order dessert the cm brought out balloons, birthday buttons, character cards and a HUGE make your own sunday for each! It was very nice and super special. :goodvibes

Our "Birthday" plans were though to rent a pontoon boat from hanks and just relax on the canals. We never got around to it but its an idea! :)

Not sure when you will be there, but if it is next year, he will be able to get in free to one of the parks on his birthday. Just check out Disney's website.

We were at OKW for my dh's 50th birthday a couple of weeks ago. I snuck off to the front desk one afternoon and asked if ballloons or something could be sent to the room. The CM was really, really nice. He took my info, asked if my dh had a favorite character, entered it into the computer, and the next day we had balloons and a Happy Birthday Mickey card.

We were there last month with a friend who celebrated a birthday during the trip. We told the CM when we checked in. The night of her birthday we arrived back at the room to find balloons and a card from Cinderella.
