birthday at Boma????'s

Good afternoon
I am taking my son at the end of June to Disney and he will be having his 10th birthday while we are there. He thinks we are staying at POP but I have booked us at AKL instead to surprise him (he always wants to stay there when we go ). We plan on going to MK on his birthday in the morning, and will probably spend the afternoon lounging by the pool.......we are not all-day at the parks people....So, I was thinking about making reservations at Boma for his birthday dinner and am wondering if I can order a cake from there for dessert.
Having never stayed at AKL or dined in any of their restaurants, I really don't know much about Boma....(but I am researching it on here ) Does anyone know if I can order a cake to be delivered to Boma? Or does anyone recommend another restaurant for his B-day (not a character dinner as he isn't "into" them anymore...his words, not mine...hee hee)
Any advice would be appreciated!

I am sure you can order a cake and have it sent there.

2 years ago my BF took me to AKL for my bday. My parents weren't able to come so they ordered a cake (I believe through Room Service) and on the night of my bday it was in my room waiting after a long park day! It was delicious!!!!
If they can send it to the room I am sure they could send it to Boma!

We ate at Boma for breakfast and at the end a Mickey shaped Angel food cake with chocolate drizzle and mickey sprinkles (a candle too!) was delivered to the table!This was just brought out to the table...It was noted on ADR that it was my bday so this was a surprise for BF and I!

Call the restaurant and ask..that should get you started!
