Birth Certificate/Drivers License

My father will be cruisin' with us in May. His birth certificate says his first name is RicKard. However, he never uses that name. He uses RicHard. His driver's license says RicHard. What kind of problems may he run into?

Get a "one in the same affidavit". We use it all the time for women who have had a name change with power of attorneys. It just basically states that the person with this name spelled this way is the same person as the name spelled that way....then have it notorized......p.m. me with a fax number and I'll send you one.
