Actually, I think it's France. Someone posted it before and DH thought it was hilarious. He incorporated it into his power point presentation on the Pandemic Flu presentations that he has been doing. The last one was before a group of Family Practice Docs and he only got a little chuckle. He figured it was because it was too early in the morning or they didn' know that Donald Duck was a bird.
