is there a bob at Tokyo disneyland or sea? If so, which park? Does anyone know how you make reservations, or what the minimum age is? It's three at WDW. Also, does anyone know anything about the process? my dad will be turning three right before our next trip, and I'm trying to decide if she is ready for this.

Its on the first floor of the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel. You can make reservations online - http://www.tokyodisneyresort.jp/fantasy/bbb/index.html but the site is only in Japanese. You could probably call the hotel too and get connected to an English speaker to make a ressie/ask questions.
