Bio Scan

I keep hearing about this bio scan. Can someone please explain? Does it apply to everyone or just APs?

The bioscan is for AP holders. We insert two fingers into scanner right at the turnstiles the same time our ticket is in the machine and it verifies who we are.

So do you get stampped when you park hop if you have a bio scan type pass?

You do not need to get stamped with an AP.
