Bingo costs:
$10 gives you one card for each of the games
$20 gives you three cards for each game; however, they can not be torn apart - meaning they are meant to be played by a single person.
$35 gives you six hards (this option isn't always available, such as the first one or two bingos during the cruise)
Above cards gives you enough cards for all games. Games 1 - 4 have prizes based on how many people are playing. If only 25 people play, it starts at about $20 the first game, and goes up about $9 each game afterwards.
The 5th game is also included in the above packets. It is blackout for the grand prize. The winner always gets a prize, about $9 higher than game 4. But if you win in a certain number of numbers called, you get the jackpot. The last game automatically gets the jackpot.
Additional cards can be purchased for
$5 gets you one extra card
$10 gets you 3 extra cards for the 5th game; again, may not be seperated, meant for one player.
$20 gets you 6 extra cards, same as above.
The above prizes of $20 and $9 for each additonal game increases as the number of players increase. The last day, the first game may be worth $100 since it always has at least a 100 people playing - as the jackpot gets bigger and bigger
And yes, $1000 or more is typical on 3 or 4 day cruises and $2000 or more is typical for the 7 day cruises.
