Went to see the Billy Joel concert at the boston garden last night. It was sold out and it was an awesome show! He started about a 1/2 hour late and played for over 2 hours and 20 minutes. He was very funny and talked about how its funny that most of his songs have to do with alcohol. He also sang “In the Midnight Hour” by Wilson Pickett, who died yesterday

here is an article from last night

the only thing that dampened the night was the couple in front of us, the man couldnt keep his hands off his date. The really freaky thing was that the lady was in her early 40's and the man prob in his 50's! and they were worse than the club scene!. He kept touching her and kissing her body and by the end on the night, the entire row behind them came to see that fact that she wasnt wearing any underwear! They made out for 15 minutes at a time, groping and pawing :crazy2: One time they fell over on the guy next to them. I was actually embarassed and it takes alot for me to get like that!
It was so nasty! GET A ROOM! :rotfl2:

My brother and I saw Billy Joel and Elton John when they came here to Columbus a couple years ago. They were both awesome. I'd love to see either of them again.
There's always someone that has to try and ruin a good show, huh? At our concert there was a lady in her late 40's jumping over seats, hanging on men and blocking everyone's view. She was so drunk when the concert first started even. Oh, well. It was still fun!

I saw Billy Joel on the 12th in Tampa. He was 1/2 hour late there too, hrmmm. Lucky for us though, because getting there was TERRIBLE. We were a bit late arriving, so it was good timing. It was a great concert, and the only thing that detracted from it for me was the three 14 year olds behind me who were screaming at the top of their lungs. I swear I was nearly deaf. *chuckles*

Saw him also in Tampa on the 12th. Great concert. We had a whol row of "frat" boys in front of us who were having a bit too much fun.

Sounds like a great show  (I don't mean the one the couple in front of you were putting on)

I'm going on 2/1!!! I can't wait. I've seen him a couple of times and he always puts on a great show. Yuck on the overgrown teenagers in front of you-nnone needs to see that!!
