I am planning on taking my son & daughter-in-law for a week at WDW next summer. We will be camping at Fort Wilderness and I wanted to know about riding bicycles to different parts of the resort. Could we ride our bikes from the campground to Epcot or Blizzard Beach? I've tried to ride a bike into WDW a number of years ago (I was camping at the KOA in Kissimmee) and when I got to the main gate; security came around and loaded my bike and me into their car and took me to the area where the kennel is at the Magic Kingdom. They secured my bike and I was able to retrieve it after my day inside the park, but I still had to be transported back out the mian gate, and I was able to pedal back to my campsite.

As the PP said it is not safe and Disney frowns on people walking or riding bikes on the roadways. Plus there is no longer a kennel at MK. The new kennel for Disney guest to use is located across from the Port Orleans resort.

But you can ride your bike on the paved walking path that goes between Fort Widerness and the Wilderness lodge.

From FW you can bike around the campground and to Wilderness Lodge and thats about it.

There are no bike paths to get anywhere else and if you try to ride your bike anywhere else you will get picked up again.

The roads around WDW are only designed for cars, there are no sidewalks and most roads are more like interstates with on and off ramps.

 Now I know why I have never EVER seen a cyclist on the roads of WDW.
