Bike Rentals on CC

Hello! I was wondering if you need to book bike rental excursions for CC ahead of time or if you can just rent them while on the island? If you do reserve them ahead of time do you have to list a time??? Are there tickets left for those in your stateroom along with the other excursions you reserve at the 60 day mark?

We had the"everything" package on CC. You just walked over to the bike place when you wanted, no specific time.
They had plenty of bikes available, so I don't know why you couldn't just walkup.

We just got back and simply walked up to rent them. We thoroughly enjoyed it, as did our eight year old daughter. At the end of the trail, there is a great spot looking out on the water that is a great photo opportunity.

Does anyone know how big the kids bikes are and do they provide helmets?

Helmets are available. My dd who was 7 on our first cruise did fine with her bike - it was not too big for her.
