Last year I won 4 passes to a World of Color VIP party at DL. I've also won a train tour (about a 2-3 hour little trip), 2 IPods on 2 different occasions- one from Disney for my DGS. Also won a Leapster Explorer, and a few $50 gift cards. Most in the last 2 years. Quite a few things worth between $2-$20 too.
Still trying to win a big WDW trip!

I don't know if this would be considered " winning", but a few years back I wrote an email to the editor of Rolling Stone magazine and my letter was selected as the letter of the month. My prize was two tickets to the Grammy. We had to pay airfare and accommodations, but still it was a "once in a lifetime" opportunity. You can't even buy tickets to the Grammy!

My MIL won $ 10,000 in a drawing at one of the casinos. Unfortunately, you had to be there, and she got tired of waiting for the drawing and left. Friends called afterwards and told her.

I won Weber grill at a grand opening of a new hardware store. It was the grand prize.

I won an eight day, seven night trip to Hawaii. It was right when I was getting married, so we were able to use it for our honeymoon. It was awesome!

I enter sweepstakes everyday at sweepstakestoday.com. We won $250 from Kelloggs in the fall and I am always winning smaller stuff like t-shirts and hair products, and tote bags. I also won a Top Chef preview party for the Washington Season. I got free drink glasses, a bamboo serving bowl, a flag for my house, and a apron.

DH won a 2 night stay at the Wilderness Resort in the Wisconsin Dells this past Saturday. We were at a voulunteer appreciation event and he was one of the lucky volunteers who won a prize!

The kids are super excited...I would have preferred a 2 night stay at the Wilderness Lodge!

In 1989, I was Christmas Around the World consultant because I needed a stay home job as my first child had just been born. Anyway, they had their annual dinner and the grand prize was a camcorder (those huge ones that you put the whole VCR tape into!)

Well, I won, and as a result, I have lots of precious footage of my daughter and son growing up on VCR tapes.

My third child was born during the digital age, thank God

I won a national design contest last year. I got a 2,000 shopping spree a trip to NYC that included the flight, 3 nights hotel, a limo and tickets to any Broadway show that I wanted. I of course asked for Lion King.

Back in 2006, right before Christmas, I won a night at the New Orleans Harrah Hotel which included a nice dinner, from a local radio station. It was great because we had lived through Katrina, lost everything we owned and it was the first Christmas we were in our new house and things had really begun to settle down.

My DH and I went, had a nice evening out and a quiet stay in a very nice hotel. It was totally enjoyed!

The only thing I've won is a free turkey at Thanksgiving time. I won $1,000 in the lottery, but I don't think that's the same thing. I've always wanted to win the HGTV dream home. I like to think big!

Just last November won $500 Kroger gift card from Cellfire ever since I won that I've been hitting a lot of online giveaways lol I was one of 2 winners of the whole usa in the cellfire thingy so I thought gee someone has to win these things lol

I am just not lucky in contests or the lottery... I enter contests all the time and play the lottery on occasion. The biggest prize I've ever won was a football signed by a group of no-name players on the Twenty-something Oakland Raiders, and I hate the Raiders.

I won $105 from a radio station once. When I got there, I was told it had already been picked up. There was another girl with my same name and she went and had id and everything. The DJ asked what we talked about on the phone after we went off the air and I was able to tell him, so he knew I was the right one and they gave me the money too.

I won a 6 foot tall stuffed pink Easter Bunny. I had to drive through town with it sitting beside me. It made my room smell like TCBY for months!!! This was back in the late 1980's.

My brother won a trip to the Billboard awards and took me, that was cool. All of the winners from across the country were the mosh pit.

One night at bingo I won enough to buy an above ground pool.

The best thing was a win by a gift I guess. DH works in new home construction and in 2002 a contractor that he worked for won a 7 night Carnival cruise. He and his wife paid to upgrade their cabin to a balcony room. After spending 6 weeks in Australia they decided they were too homesick to take the cruise and asked us if we wanted it. All we had to pay for was the change fee on the airline tickets-and I won that back at the casino on the ship.

I won a car from Disneyland in 1985 for the 30th anniversary, a hotel/car/cash vacation from a radio station. My sister and I won a $12k jackpot at the casino. I used to win tickets, cash all the time on the radio. Today I won a pizza on the radio. I would love to win a WDW trip right now. Calgon take me away.

Mine is a little off topic. I received a 2008 Walmart Teacher of the Year award which entitled me to $1,000 to spend in the store. I bought two digital cameras with it and have been using the rest for teaching supplies.

If I won again, I would definitely upgrade my electronics!
