Biggest Loser Season 12

There wasn't two eliminated. One of the blue guys went home. I think his name was Mack?

It was Johnny.

Thank you both so much. We just got a new DVR (I know we are in the stone ages) so I hope to be able to record it from now on.

I could have sworn that the week before when they were finished that Allison said that the next week they were going to have 2 eliminations - that 2 would go home. I must be losing it - what's new. :rotfl2:

I would do good with any of the trainers...I've always been a fan of Bob, Dolvett looks cool and clearly has experience, and Anna....

...well if I had Anna, I'd be going "yes Anna, anything you say Anna, I love you Anna, if I do 5 extra minutes, can I get a hug Anna?"

I'd lose the most weight with her :rotfl:

Do you watch Amazing Race? There will be a double elimination on AR this Sunday, maybe you were thinking of the wrong show?

Thought it was kind of boring actually. Again with the "whoever eats the most crap gets to pick something for the entire team's benefit."

Why don't they come down really hard on the two who pigged out? They should have...

And I will admit, the guys who was sent home didn't seem too broken up about it and I thought he was kinda funny. Maybe his 2 weeks will give him the kick start to do well. Remember the at-home winner from a couple of seasons ago -- Jerry, I think his name was? Oldest guy to ever win and he got sent home week 1.

Hope it picks up soon. Am not in love with the show so far.

Yes, I do. And I think you are exactly right. As I watching AR last night I thought the same thing. :rotfl2: Sorry!!

Same thing on the Australian version. Oldest guy by far and hardest worker by far. His fellow contestants couldn't wait to get rid of him. But there was a twist in the game that got him back in the house. They booted him again. He ended up winning the at-home prize but if he'd made it to the end he would have taken the whole thing by a significant margin. Some people have the fire within and age or anything else isn't going to stop them. Makes you wonder how they got in that position in the first place.

Just finished watching Tuesday night's show. I don't want to spoil it in case someone will still watch -- but the voting was VERY emotional.

Really enjoyed this week.

I was also waiting until someone posted so I don't give anything away. Last night was very emotional, I was so glad for the two people that won the challenges, especially the peson who won the Superbowl tickets, what a great prize and well deserved!

I am curious what Bob had the woman doing that gave her such a great weight loss when she was unable to participate in so many of the activites due to her bad knee, it goes to show me that there really are no excuses anymore!!

Dolvett is a trainer here in Atlanta. He has my friend on a very strict regimen and she has to hit her goals by December. I'm willing to bet she's only there to hit on him!! :lmao:

I am sooooo curious as to how much he charges for a session with him. Do you have any idea?

It was really sad when they were trying to decide who to send home.

I guess Kara and Brent didn't impress me since they weren't asked back lol

I love the black trainer:love::love::love::love:

Bob seems to be turning into Jillian this year being all big and bad lol

I really don't like the girl trainer at all

Anyone still watching? Bob is killing it, but let's face it...he is a weight loss expert and has the experience. I still don't really connect with any of the contestants and I found Bonnie's outburst last night to be frustarating..not really feeling this season too much.

Wow, Sunny rocked it last night!! I couldn't believe how great she did and even with being at home.

Anna, is starting to rub me the wrong way. Even though I really don't care for Bonnie, I do see where she is coming from. Anna does show partialiaty to Becky. But Bonnie - well IMO just needs to go home.

The elimination last night was so tense you could cut it with a knife. Not one person even got out of their chair to say good bye.

Did you all see the previews of the next show (in 2 weeks)? Love is a blooming. ;)

Okay its so obvious Bob is the best trainer. The show isn't even that entertaining anymore because you know Bob's team is going to annihilate the other teams.

I can't stand Bonnie. She is putting blame on anyone and everyone and not herself. She shuts down when she needs to go harder.
I didn't realize we had to wait 2 weeks? Why?

I believe it is because of the World Series - but I could be wrong. :confused3

I think it is a combination of Bob being a more experienced trainer and the fact that he has the best age group. They are young enough to do the hard work in the gym and experienced and/or mature enough to get through the mental issues better and not think they know everything.

The blue team is older and it will always be hard for them to win, especially when they send home their strongest team member and Bonnie just doesn't want to push. No matter who got them, even if it was Bob, they would probably be at about the same place.

I can't really make any kind of good judgment on how good the two new trainers are because you aren't comparing like teams.

OMG Bonnie needs to go the heck home. I am so tired of here whining and sniveling. I think Anna should push her hard, hard enough to break her.

man, that sounds mean.

I was rooting for her but never thought she'd pull such a HUGE number. Way to go! And I, too, am not a fan of Bonnie, but I'm not the oldest person on the ranch either. I guess maybe she feels like a walking target.

Believe it or not, I'm liking Bob much more than I ever did before. Ha! I think his guys are not as obnoxious as previous seasons. That makes a big difference.

Can't believe it's such a long gap either, but everything must bow down to baseball. Go Cards!

Bonnie needs to go home. Yes, she is older, but she won't lose the weight the way she is going. I know people in their 60s that go to the gym and work out hard. She is using her age as an excuse. Bob (and Jillian) would have never get pull the age card.
