Biggest Loser Red Team Week 3

Hi everyone,

Well I lost .8 this week. Sort of depressing since I worked so hard and was super on track and did lots of exercise. But, I also realized I did several tough lifting days -which puts on muscle. I also had Sushi -the soy sauce was very high sodium. I also had refried beans Saturday, Sunday & Monday, and this bloated me up a lot. I really noticed it yesterday. I was even with my WW weight in last night.

I also was able to get in another 45 minutes of running/walking at the football field tonight. Woo-hoo!


All this talk about donuts- thank goodness I was able to resist temptation when I went to the local donut store and ordered 120 donuts for Ryan's Birthday at School and football. It smelled so good, I mean horrible :rotfl2: when I was there.


Agotta- Have fun in NYC. Its so much fun there.

Hey everybody...
Please add another 60 minutes to my exercise tally for the week -- brings me to 505 total. Sadly, though, I have but a mere .6-pound loss to turn in. I don't get it. I really did well on the exercise. Guess I need to go back to the drawing board on the food. Though I don't know how that's going to go for the next couple days. I am indeed on jury duty in Philly the next three days (at least). Must get up at 0-dark-thirty in the A.M. Yay. Planning to stay down there, in a hotel with no refrigerator in the room. I've got apples, Diet Coke, water, cereal, bread and peanut butter ready to go. This should be interesting. At the very least, the hotel does have a new fitness center, so hopefully I can get some workouts in. Wish me luck, crew.

Njcarjita: 25 min

Mike: 220 min

Mountaineer: 296 min

DoomBuggy: 605 min

Monte: 1.86 miles, 2.36 miles, Denise Austin taps (minutes??)

Melanie: 305 min

RoyalCinderella: 220 min

2834 Minutes 47.2333.... hours!!!

If we say that Kelsie had 30 minutes for 2 hours (15 min mile)
& Monte had 105 min for walking and 15 minutes for her tape. Not sure what part of is. Then that would add 150 more minutes to our total.

Monte or Kelsie - If your out there - Please let us know in minutes.

Oh and Doombuggy had more minutes than posted above and Goldcupmom had just a few less. I went back and pulled the numbers out twice and got the same answer. Someone else please double check to make sure I'm correct.

For next week- I'd like to ask everyone to keep their own running record as they add new numbers. It will be easier than going back through 7 pages and adding numbers. Its working great to have everyone add their new weight loss totals. Thanks so much for everyone's help. Lets see if we can get over 3000 hours next week. Actually lets shoot for 4000! Anyone game?
 

Well, if you consider we were talking the entire way lol I would say it took 30 minutes.
 
I will be adding my minutes starting tomorrow. Today was a rest day for me but I'll add on tomorrow.
 
:p I took a hour "Muscle Madness" class at the local fitness center yesterday and walked for 30 mins. the day before.

It snowed about 3 inches here yesterday, so hubby and I are going to the hotsprings to soak! Love to be in the hotsprings when it's snowing.....fun. :cold:
 
Can we also keep a running team total when we start week 4? It would be easier to count and keep track that way too.

I'll add my minutes for today when the week 4 thread is started.

Hi all!

I had 25min yesterday, and 25 so far today! :)

Today is a busy one, we'll see what else happens! I won't be back til my office or apartment until at least 11pm or so!
