QOTD Thursday, September 13, 2012: Is there something that you dream of doing just for you? If you feel comfortable, please share or just share how you feel at the end of the first week of the challenge.[/SIZE]
My dream that is just for me is to run a marathon. I want to be able to do all of the disney marathons someday, whether they be a 5k, half, or full. I think it would be amazing to look back with my kids and grandkids someday and show them what a strong woman can do when she puts her mind to it.
This week I am not feeling too hot with how I have done. We got back from vacation on monday and I was up and am still trying to get it off. We have not had a chance to go grocery shopping so we have no food in our house making choices very limited. We are going to do our shopping on Monday so I will be able to get back on track!!

"Buff" for me is really more of a state of mind about my body than being super muscular. I know I don't want to have super muscular Madonna arms. My 5 yo niece who lovingly calls my upper arms "jigglies" would be so disappointed with absolutely nothing to poke at
I'm not sure where they are in the hiring process, but they booked me for the rest of the month. kaching

I don't know how I can do less than I'm already doing to reduce my stress, and I can't imagine fitting a schlep to a yoga class into my schedule, either. So I have to do some hard, honest thinking with myself about what I can do to reduce stress. Thinking and planning which in itself also seems stressful...
Maybe you could do a yoga DVD. Or if you can make yourself a list of poses, you could do those while watching TV or listening to any music. That's what I'm trying to do since I can't get to a class on a regular basis.
Exactly this! I buy the wheat bread, reduced sugar kind so I can feel smidgens better about myself.

. But, I am married to a great guy so I can't really complain that he doesn't like Disney. He likes to fish and I can't stand it. Way to boring!

) But I'm more pissed for not realizing some of the realities of running for office than discouraged. I'm in a "re-grouping" phase - again, not just for the campaign but also for my weight loss/change in body composition. Determined to give both of them my all for the next 7 weeks!!
