we've been getting healthier for 4 weeks now - awesome job for hanging in there everyone!! I'd like to bring back our "just say no challenge" for the week, I need some help getting back on track. I said no to hash browns this morning, so there's 1...
Our challenge that goes along with this is "just say yes" to a more active lifestyle...choosing the stairs instead of the elevator, parking farther away, choosing water instead of diet Coke (
). Let's post some numbers and keep up our exercise challenge too! Last week we had 18 hours and 50 minutes - great job everyone!!
What's your personal best for exercise? I challenge you to beat it by 1 hour this week - that's just 10 minutes a day - anyone up for it??

That is awesome!! I was the biggest loser two weeks ago with 4.4 pounds...LauraJean has the current title with 2.5 pounds gone (for a grand total of a large newborn!

this morning, great weather for a walk. Thanks for the encouragement - I've been drinking lots of water today...

I don't think I could go that long without a dc! I keep telling myself that I'll cut back, but of course that's AFTER I have my dc's for the day...
Next week will be a big week for you, plus I have a good feeling about the Blue Team's next weigh-in! Maybe we'll actually beat that "other" team...
