Morning all! I woke up at 4:30 and started thinking about my trip and couldn't go back to sleep. I finally got up at 5:15 and took a 45 minute walk/run. Then I got us checked in online (SWA) and now I'm waiting to take DS to the bus stop.
Glad I was able to get my workout in early, as this will be a busy day. DS has a follow up with the new dermatologist up in Lebanon at 1pm (90 minute drive) so that will take up a big hunk of my day. Then tonight will be the last minute packing, dinner,Survivor, showers, and hopefully both of us in bed before 10pm! I only have a few things left to pack, so I should be able to do that this morning.
If I have time I would like to get in another 30 minutes of exercise. I'm still feeling guilty about the Spanakopeta I ate over the weekend! It was delicious and I made the portion last for two meals, but still....

I'm sure it is OFF THE CHARTS as far as calories are concerned. It was an impulsive decision I made when my first choice of dinner items wasn't available (swordfish and veggie kabobs) and I should have taken an extra minute to think it out... but it was delicious. But I definitely didn't need a big splurge like that right before my trip!
Gotta run... DS is ready for the bus.................P
