Thought they would have sent home Stephanie, she looks smaller then the rest. Sam is definitely getting muscle.

Good show. I liked the "work week". All except for the "hey let's have girls pull a semi challenge". I thought that was a little stinky.

These strength challenges are so unfair. Of course the blue team will win
with all the big guys on it.

I wish they they should go into singles soon. It's horrible to watch.

They are unfair, but the challenges were probably set up before production started and long before teams were selected.

On one hand, it's good game play to stack your team with the bigger/stronger players so your team wins and you don't run the risk of being voted off. On the other hand, that means that if most of your team makes it into singles then all the big strong people remain to challenge you into the home stretch. I don't know which is the smarter game play: stacking the deck or evening out the teams.

I missed the last hour since I switched over to Lost. I did see that Cheryl was voted off, but did she at least have a respectable goal for the finale???

And ITA that Michael's hair is CRAZY! I bet they do something with it if he survives to makeover week...

And the whole "I forgot my lunch & the vending machine food is evil!" bit was one of their dumbest promos yet!!

I agree, the challenges are so unfair but I don't think they can really do anything about it. Unfortunately, I think if the blue team does have to vote people off, they'll vote their weakest off and become a stronger team.

I'm glad Sam, Andrea or Stephanie weren't voted off of the black team. I truly believe if they have any fighting chance in the remaining team challenges, these three need to be there.

I would hope that if he really had forgotten his lunch, at least his team mates would have given him things from theirs, not tell him there is a vending machine. Did anyone else notice that when they were in the subway, she was sitting with him eating part of a sandwich. If they are going to force these commercials on us, lets atleast make them good.

That challenge last night was painful to watch. I mean to see those women and one guy pull that semi was tough esp when they couldn't even get it started. But then I thought they might pull it out and actually win the thing which would have been so nice. They needed Tara to help pull that rig! Remember when she had to pull a car loaded with extra weight and Seone (sp?) thought he had it in the bag only to get beaten? I was hoping for a repeat.

Michael now makes me sick. That hair makes him look like Gene Wilder in Young Frankenstein. He played the game which is his right but it in a way so in your face it can't help but irritate most people watching the show. He had better watch out or he might play the game right out of the show like Vicky did a few years back. And Heba whose game playing cost her $150K.

I really liked Cheryl and was sorry to see her go. But she's well on her way and she can leave knowing that her weight loss those first few weeks along with Daris' helped get him to where he is. I can totally see him being the Biggest Loser.

Lance. OMG, that guy just makes me cringe now. When the show first started I sort of liked him because I am from Texas, now he makes me insane. I coudln't even be happy for him getting under 300. Lord knows his brain makes up very little of his weight because I think its about the size of a kitten's.

This thing isn't nearly as over as Blue Team thinks. They lost last week, they didn't exactly win this week by a landslide and arrogance always gets a team in trouble.

Oh yeah, O'Neal and his little temper tantrum made me firmly not like him. Last week he began to annoy me. This week his whiney attitude and slamming his hands on the table made me relish the day he is off the ranch. Sunshine is the only female on that team, I hope he realizes those guys will vote her off if she can't hold her own with their weight loss.

Did you see Sunshine smile and say how good her sandwich was? If that was a real scenario and she did that, she's not very nice.

My random thoughts.....

I'm really getting sick of the in-show promos. The Sam/Subway one was really annoying since they tried to make it appear real, I'd rather a commercial be a commercial. Also....if my team mate forgot their lunch I'd offer atleast some of mine, I mean come on, they all came off looking rude! AND is there really a subway that close to everyone's job? Come on!

I kind hope that employee that came to talk to the contestants on their lunch break is on the next season of BL!

I think the black team knows without Sam they'd have no chance at winning any challenge and that's why they kept him. Remember, some of the challenges give weight advantages at the weigh-ins, the black team needs those. Plus, yes Sam is closer to his target weight but he still has work to do, none of them really has a huge amount left to lose except Ashley.

I agree about the Subway thing. The set up was really unfortunate. I was actually hoping for a teaching moment with vending machine food! Sometimes you do get stuck or forget your healthy meal. Maybe pretzels and nuts or trail mix? Not ideal, but at least some ideas for the audience at home. From watching BL, you'd think the only healthy foods are fruits & veg in Ziploc/Glad bags, Extra sugar free gum and Subway Fresh Fit Meals.

The warehouse employee definitely seems like a candidate for next season!
