I agree with all of this other than I like gray...he makes me smile for some reason.

Next week at the Olympic training center will be fun because we've actually been there a couple of times....it's a great center!!

I guess that explains why Miggy was such a witch. I am an absolute *bear* when I am in a lot of pain. I have to think about what a good thing it was for her to stay at the ranch as I assume her surgery was covered by the show. Her occupation is listed as "chef" and I don't think many chefs have health insurance. I wonder if that also had something to do with her staying on the show instead of Migdalia.

I wasn't happy or sad that John went home as I really didn't feel I had that much of a chance to know him. I was moved by everyone's tears. It will be interesting to see if the brothers sync up again with weight loss by the show's finale.

John was sent home. He only lost 6 lbs last week after the trainers took him out of his pool routine that was working well for him and put him in the gym. Miggy had appendicitis and had her appendix removed during surgery. She was told that she could only walk and she walked something like 15 miles, 18 miles and 13 miles the 3 days before weigh in! They showed Michael walking with her at 5:15 AM!

They also said she had some mass removed at the same time. This was the same night her dd went home. She went out walking 13 miles the day after surgery when the doctor told her she could only walk. The doctor also told us she will probably weigh 8-9 pounds more due to salt water put into her to heal.

I think she still lost 6? pounds. She said she felt better then she ever has, she was always tired etc before her surgery.

Felt bad for John, he needed one more pound lose to stay.

I loved last night. No drama between Migdalia and Melissa (which is sort of fun but also like watching a train wreck).

I saw a whole new side to Miggy too and I liked what I saw! To me its because:

Migdalia is home and I think she and her mom feed off of each other.

Miggy was obviously in pain and not feeling well.

Show didn't set up contestants for as much drama and infighting. Once they knew it was down to O'Neal and Sunshine to make the cut, the rest got busy with their own issues and not wondering how to play the game.

I love Stephanie and how she was cheering everyone on. Good for her!

I was so happy Michael won that challenge. He's really coming into his own and that's nice to see. I also enjoyed seeing Darius do well.

Hated to see Brown go home, I really liked him and felt like he was just fighing an uphill battle all along with no teammate and his knee issues. But he looked great and has clearly lost more than his brother which makes sense given his longer time on the ranch.

So close to bidding goodbye to Melissa but alas, not close enough! If Lance is by himself, he'll be in trouble. His wife is the brains in that duo. He is sort of a big dumb lug. He'll be toast once she's gone if that happens.

I hope that Daris can continue to carry self-confidence so he can keep up the good numbers.

I really loved seeing Stephanie encouraging the others, I think she might be one of my favorites.

Good job for Pink in pulling off a great percentage even with the 2 pound disadvantage.

My mind has been completely changed about Miggy, for the better. I agree with a PP that she and her daughter were just fueling their anger on making them look like very nasty people. I'm glad to see a positive side of Miggy.

Sam is already starting to show some muscle definition and he's looking great! I think Gray will be around for a while, as a whole.

I really like the yellow team so far. Initially, I only liked O'Neal but Sunshine is growing on me.

Black? What Black? They seem to fade into the background I wish we could see more from them.

I still hate Red and Melissa voice makes me want to rip my ears off... it's SO annoying. I hope they fall below the yellow line and send Lance home. Lance can survive without Melissa on the ranch but Melissa couldn't survive without Lance and I want them both to go home.

Poor John. He really needed to be there and I can't understand why his number was so terrible. Was is something to do with his change in training? I was really sorry to see him leave, even without James there, it seemed as if he was getting a great support from the rest of the ranch!

I agree Miggy and her daughter fueled each other's nastiness.... and Miggy just looked so much softer and nicer.... it's awesome to see her smile!

I could tell O'neal had lost a lot..... I really like the Yellow team!

It was great to hear Stephanie encouraging the others..... I wonder if Bob and Jillian heard that....

I so agree. This is my fourth season watching the show and I can't remember another time when one team seemed to get so little in the way of air time. I really like them and want to know more about them. I hope they don't get voted off before we do get to know them better. Maybe they just avoid the camera and attention. Unlike some of the other contestants who thrive on drama!

I loved the show. Finally watched last night.

I loved that Miggy did better than red. Red was like uh-oh, their "game playing" is now going to hurt them because essentially they are starting from square 1. Dummies.

I think with Miggy, her dd wanted to go home because of her DH and Miggy wanted her dd to stay. My guess that was part of the friction between them. Not that I blame her, her dh was going to be deployed.
BL thought they could get a great human interest story out of her as a contestant and she cracked and could not do it.

Poor Pink. You can see how they are struggling.

Happy that white won the challenge and swooshed grey and red. I will admit they are not my favorites. Agree that grey is looking very good.

Brown team guy just had too many issues to keep up with the rest of the contestants. I felt bad for him.

I wish blue could have stayed, I really liked them.

Overall good show. I can't wait for the "Olympics" next week. Should be cool.

Is it just me or do you guys also get annoyed with how Jillian jumps up on the treadmills and squats on the handles like a little monkey and talks to the people. I am waiting for the day that one of the arms on the treadmill breaks and she looks like a complete idiot for not being cautious around the treadmills.
