I was on another site and someone posted a pic of Sunshine and Koli in Vegas either yesterday or today. Koli is SKINNY...like unhealthy looking skinny. And Sunshine looks awesome!

I can't get over Daris running the marathon in 4 hours...amazing!! And as a part time runner I do agree with him that it is hard to lose weight when training for a marathon.

I gave all my votes to Koli because he lost weight during his month away from the ranch. They should just have a red line for the final weigh-in, whoever is below leaves and gets a little bit of time at home to become the at home winner. I know this will be an unpopular opinion but don't think Koli going to Vegas was such a big deal. Trying to get away from distractions is against the rules? Did he spend the whole month there? He knows when he returns to to real life he will have to deal with it but right now he's thinking he wants to win. Didn't they show that he went to Vegas to train with that MMA friend of his? I thought they showed him living with a bunch of college dudes who were eating pizza, burgers and unhealthy food, I'm sure that was rough and not the total escape people are making it out to be. Of course that's just my 2 pennies

He was not living with those college students when he was in Vegas. He was going to the gym all day then went somewhere to sleep. No it is not against the rules. Helen exercised all day and three different trainers. That is how she won.

Daris just showed how hard it is at home. Ali , from the pink team also said it was hard not to eat at night. I think he should still have a change at the prize.

I was disappointed in Shay too. 10 pounds a month with (1) all the food support, (2) all the work out support and (3) all that motivation. Really? Was 10 lbs a month all you had? She is very pretty, though.

Oh ... and I don't like Koli either. However ... he looked to be on target for the at-home prize. He's pretty skinny.
